Completed Replays
This one is finished and what a gem it was! The Pirates prevailed over the Tigers in the World's Series. The real story was the Tigers, who came back from a 17.5 game deficit to edge the Naps and Browns by a half-game at the wire. Here are some stat files. The file called "1908 Game Stories" includes a game-by-game recap of the season and, beginning in late April, I added a few news stories of the day to try to capture the flavor of the season. These same posts can be found on the "1908 MLB Replay" thread on Delphiforums, and that version also includes some wonderful postings from some great guys who followed the project. You can reach that string by clicking on the link above.

This one is finished. The Red Sox topped the Phillies in the World Series. You can click the link above to go to Delphiforums to see the game-by-game reports. Here are some stats files in MS Word format:
This may be the greatest card set in the history of board gaming. Patrick Rock painstakingly researched the game stories and box scores of this season's games to create
a statistical records and Replay presented the results of that research as this set. Patrick's essays about each team accompany the set and are worth the price by themselves.
I bought the set just to look at it and then quickly realized I needed to play it. You can follow the individual game recaps at the link above. In the final stats below, players are listed
with the team for whom they played the most games.

This is my first foray into a Classic Replay season. The Yankees repeated their real season World Championship, but their WS opponents were the Phillies, who beat out the Boys of Summer by three games in the NL race. I posted the game stories, stats, and such at Delphiforums. You can click the above link to go to that thread.

For the first time in one of my Replays, the same two teams won the pennants, but there were some differences from the real season. In the Replay, the Red Sox had a pretty easy time of it in the AL, but the Cards were pressed to the final weekend by the surprising Reds. And in the World Series, this time it was the Red Sox who prevailed. The stat file below has the final standings, league leaders, complete team-by-team individual stats, and World Series stats.
